In just a minute, you can fill out the sample collection note, have the client sign it on their mobile or tablet, and send it by email… All on the go! After that, you just need to fill in the analysis results for each sample in a powerful, simple, and convenient way. And, if you work with an external laboratory, simply upload the PDF file provided by the laboratory for each of your samples. Also, it complies with ISO 17025.

Sample Collection Notes
Creating a sample collection note with EviSane is full of conveniences and ease, with the most important aspect being the ability to go paperless.
Thanks to the best cloud-based software for pest control and environmental health, you can fill out, sign and send the sample collection note on the go.
You only need to indicate the client for whom the sample collection is being done, their location, and select the types of samples. After that, the client can sign it on your mobile or tablet, and with just a press of a button, you can automatically send it by email. All of this in less than a minute!
Measured Parameters
In EviSane, every detail has been taken into account. Intuitively, flexibly, and powerfully, you can create all the parameters that make up your reports.
You can specify the measurement method used, the type of parameter, its maximum values, default values, units of measure—everything you might need.
Later, you only have to create pre-configured reports for each type of sample, greatly facilitating the creation of analysis result reports.
Analytical Results
Everything has been optimized to the maximum to reduce the time spent filling out reports. When you create a new sample collection note, the results reports will be instantly created as pending.
The reports will be automatically filled in thanks to pre-configured “data types”. You just have to review them and enter the measured values in the laboratory. Moreover, it perfectly complies with ISO 17025.
Of course, on the go and with great flexibility and simplicity, you can delete or create new measurement values for each analytical result report.
External Laboratory
Do you only collect the samples, and an external laboratory analyzes them and provides you with the information? EviSane has also considered this scenario, and in the same way, it allows you to work with the Laboratory module even if your company is not responsible for the relevant analyses.
You just have to indicate to the software that you work with an external laboratory, and automatically, the “Analytical Results” form will adapt so that you only have to attach the PDF document provided by the laboratory with the analysis results.
After that, you can send it to your client from EviSane or give them access to their private area. There, they will find all the PDFs from the external laboratory that you have previously uploaded in your Laboratory module centralized.
Email Delivery
Process automation is the key to efficiency and avoiding oversights or errors.
Therefore, with just one click, you can send an email addressed to your client containing the sample collection form and even the results of the analyses, if desired, signed by the laboratory sample manager and your client.
Moreover, all these documents will appear automatically in your client’s private area, organized and always accessible from anywhere.
