At EviSane, your environmental health application, we want to ensure that your needs are maximally addressed. Therefore, we have implemented a comprehensive warehouse module that allows you not only to track your inventory in as many locations as you configure but also to automate data such as batch/expiry, transfers, or acquisitions for the Official Book of Biocide Movements (OBBM), as well as products that are already open or “in use”.
With the warehouse tool, adding new product stock will only take you a few seconds. Additionally, you will have complete freedom to move these stocks between your technicians’ vehicles as needed. The interconnection of warehouses with other modules of the software enables the automation of product applications during visits to your clients and the direct transmission of these movements to the OBBM.
We have placed special emphasis on turning such a complex development into a super visual and intuitive interface, easy to learn and use in your daily operations.
Multiple Warehouses
With EviSane, you have the option of creating as many facilities as needed and assign as many stocks to each as required. Once registered in the software, any movement can be automated and recorded in real-time.
You can also configure different vehicles and assign them to one or more technicians, so that when they are working and preparing treatment certificates and other official documents, they will only have access to the stocks available in their assigned vehicle.
Likewise, all product purchases managed through the application will automatically become stocks ready for distribution between warehouses, for application in treatments, or for sale to customers.
Automate Your Inventory
As in any other area of your environmental health application, EviSane, there are several ways to add inventory to our warehouse. The best one? Use the purchase invoices of your products, which will automatically become stocks available for application in official documents or for sale to customers.
In each treatment certificate, the software will show you the list of stocks ready for application as well as the different batches (with their expiration date) assigned to those warehouses, prioritizing products already opened or those with a closer expiration date.
With just one click, we can select the item to apply and add the quantity used to deduct it from the total automatically.
Product Traceability
Do you want to keep track of which items are purchased, sold, or applied on each working day? Thanks to the warehouse module, tracing all the movements of each of your products is incredibly easy and semi-automatic.
This control is possible from the movements section, designed to keep track of increases/decreases/stock adjustments in a very visual way between different warehouses. Aspects of the items to be used, such as the product batch or expiration date, will be easily configurable within EviSane and detectable by the LOMB.
OBBM Recording
Our goal in developing functionalities is to advocate for simplification and automation, and filling in each line of your Official Book of Biocide Movements (OBBM) will no longer be a hassle.
When you buy, sell, or use any highly toxic product, this information will be redirected directly to your OBBM, clearly specifying whether it is a transfer, an acquisition, or an application. Every time you use an item from your warehouse, you only need to select the corresponding batch and the quantity of the product, and these data will be recorded in your log.
Instantly, all the data collected will appear in your Official Book of Biocide Movements, allowing us to filter by date, batch number, product type, and more.
